THE PARK SITE
The 160-acre OTRP site is master planned for 1 million SF of lab, office and support space for high tech companies, OSU research activities, and supporting amenities. The Park features fully redundant telecommunications technologies and a cluster, campus-style plan to facilitate interaction.
Centrally located in Stillwater, Oklahoma, OTRP is immediately adjacent to the 70-acre campus of Meridian Technology Center and minutes from both Oklahoma State University and downtown Stillwater. Stillwater is reached via I-35 from Oklahoma City and the Cimarron Turnpike from Tulsa—an easy hour’s drive from international airports in both cities. Stillwater’s airport accommodates both private and commercial jet service.
